Adapted from the Mother Talzin - Nightsister Matriarch, Bala-Tik - Gang Leader and First Order Stormtrooper rainbow, I think this has a ton of potential due to the higher health and potential decoy of either Ciena Ree - Adept Pilot or the Guavian Enforcer. Bala-Tik - Gang Leader is obviously the target if you're my opponent, but I've had several opponents go after one of the others because I put weapons on them first. Put redeployable weapons on Bala-Tik - Gang Leader, X-8 Night Snipers and Hidden Blasters on Ciena Ree - Adept Pilot or the Guavian Enforcer and redistribute Bala-Tik - Gang Leader's weapons as needed. The only really useful stuff you lose without Force cards are Force Illusion and Hidden Motive.
I would recommend taking the shield at the beginning as long as shields wont be a huge issue. A typical turn is to pay for a weapon with ambush and roll out a character in one move. Don't be greedy and give damage when you can.
Still unsure on the DH-17 Blaster Pistols and Covering Fires, but I'm not sure what I'd replace them with yet. Maybe a couple vehicles to use with Ciena Ree - Adept Pilot's ability.
Otherwise, it's pretty straightforward. I've dealt a ton of damage (15 or so) in one round before, but that usually requires a X-8 Night Sniper to be on Bala-Tik - Gang Leader, which is not advised. Usually, by turn two, as long as Bala-Tik - Gang Leader is still alive, I can use his ability.
