I heard about the turn one Crime Lord against a Vader/Raider deck right after I started dabbling in this thing called "moisture farming" - as Luke Litzsinger puts it.

Now, ePoe/eMaz is the deck to beat. This deck is definitely not fast enough to keep up with the damage Poe Dameron - Ace Pilot puts out, UNLESS you can Crime Lord Poe in the very first round. (That guy was pissed.)

I wanted a deck that would give me riches beyond my wildest dreams, and at the same time, demolish anything and everything my opponent is trying to do.

Anyway, with these two characters, I feel their dice are powerful enough to support few upgrades, which enabled me to keep my event card numbers up for mitigation, and longevity.

I'm also a little surprised at how quickly some of this can come together. You have to pay attention to what is being rolled, and play the situation, but there are many times throughout a game that you can finagle your dice to get what you want. Turn one Crime Lords are real, and can happen quickly. Ace in the Hole is your early Crime Lord roll out.

Play it early. Hope it doesn't get removed. Focus up with rolling Jabba (dice sides + ability). Unkar does most of the leg work for resources. Defeat a character and mill out the rest of the time, or go for another Crime Lord...there ARE two of them.

The trouble I'm having with some game play currently is that I'm unable to get cards off the top of the deck to truly disrupt my opponent. Con Artist can only be played so early. Having said that, discarding cards from the opponents hand, resource disrupt, and dice mitigation are working well. I think the deck is fun to play and can keep your opponent from truly getting off the ground.
