Another mill idea worth trying - Krennic has 12 health and a 2 discard / 2 disrupt side as well as a focus. Gives access to The Best Defense... and a couple of other good cards.
With a deck like this I would hard mulligan for a Fast Hands to put on him as you want to resolve the disrupt side on one of the 2 Jabba the Hutt - The Great and Mighty dice to control your opponent at the beginning of each round. Jabba will most probably be the target early on so put Armor Plating on him and build Krennic with the Blackmail and Personal Shield . If you are able to control damage with The Best Defense... and put shields on jabba, then playing Crime Lord makes sens. Not only its special is great, the other side of this dice are great for milling.
Would consider changing Buy Out for a Ace in the Hole to surprise an opponent with Crime Lord since this deck wont generate as much ressources as one with Unkar, but I've found buy out to be good to close things out at the end of a game when there's only 3-4 cards left.
