Went 4-0 at my local with this build last night beating out

eYoda/eFinn2 eObi/eMaz eZeb/Finn1 eVader1/Nute

Needs more testing but the deck feels pretty strong throwing up an average of around 8 damage R1 each game.

Kallus Rifle is probably a cut but it actually performed really well and has synergy with boba and quick draw.

Most fun was scorched earthing for 4-6 damage late game in 3 of them

I really like this team-up. I would keep the bo-rifle in. The 3 and 4 sides are great for triggering boba's special. I would even consider throwing in a 2nd rifle or rocket launcher as a substitute. I also use 'well connected' as a 2nd source of resource generation. Ive played a few games where I was able to get rocket launcher down 1st round and hit at least one Boba special off a 4 from rocket launcher. And should phasma roll a resource then resolving the 4. Provided no mitigation and some good rolls you could drop most characters 1st round this way

Yeah id definately put in well connected or logistics if i was playing launchers

Sorched earth may be where you cut from for this as it was a meta card vs tarkin and hero vehicles that may not apply to all metas
