This is Palpatine for the new age! Same as the good ol' Palp we know and love but this time with a witch to add some flavour.
Before you say it, yes I know the glaring hole in this deck is lack of odd numbered cards but to be honest, not sure what I'd get rid of or what I'd out in.
Otherwise, can be pretty disgusting if you get a good start.
