i played this deck. its good. but u should consider a few cards. 1. armor plating, personal shields and most importantly disarm. disarm is perfect for vaders die. and also prized possession (which you discard to reroll as soon as you see it and then play for free with riseagain) fasthands and blackmail combo is also a win.

You are missing a lot of key cards. I wouldn't consider this consistent at all. Blackmail without Fasthands? What happens when jabba dies, you are missing a lot of resilience (just like @ruce stated ~ armor plating, personal shield, also a second force illusion). Lying in wait is key for villain mill. Also at 18 cards costing 1, you are not playing Vibroknucklers or Blackmail for sure.

Thanks for your opinion guys, but the deck works great without the changes you suggest. I played this deck many many times and I'm always able to enter Blackmail or Vibroknucklers. In fact, I don't even need them to mill the other player. It's only a plus if I play them. Anyways. It shows you didn't play my version. Just try it first before talking about making any changes.

For the rest of you, try it and enjoy!

What decks have you tried this out against? Curious how the matchup goes against heavy control and heavy aggro

I've played this pair before and it didn't go well but with a totally different approach.

How do you fund your economy? The chance cube & pickpocket both seem risky. Actually the pickpocket will cost you money if you pull a zero. Your average 5 card draw will cost 6.5 resources to play. Do you just use the extra cards you can't pay for to re-roll?

What do you mulligan for?

What's you're overall strategy? Play cards from hand to discard their hand or do you roll in, looking for discards, hoping they can't mitigate for a turn so you can use it next turn? How important are the 2 disrupt sides of the character dies in your deck?

What do you use the cheat to bring back?

Seems like you should go into some detail if you're claiming to be the best and fastest.

Danik13 545

I navet said it was THE best deck, I only said it was one of the best and fastest vilain mill decks.

As for the details and how to play it, it should take way to long to detail everything. Any experienced player who play this deck will know what to play and when to play it.

I don't understand the comment about pickpocket I don't care if I pick a zero cost card from my opponent's hand because I still discard one of his card and I draw one anyways. The pickpocket card us used to discard a card from my opponent's hand.

I use my Cheat Card just in case my opponent made me discard my Rise Again card.

I dont mulligan for any card in particular. Every card is a good card because the main idea with this deck is to make my opponent discard the most cards in the fastest time possible.

Let's say you activate Vader. Opponent discard 1 card on your activation. He plays a card. He only has 3 cards last. Then you activate Jabba, use his power to reroll a yellow die and only hit one 2discard side. If he can't get rid of your die, 2 more cards of his hand will be gone leaving him with only 1 card. Use pickpocket next turn. No more cards.

Or, start with a Friends in low places, discard one of his events. Activate Vader next... another card gone. Activate Jabba... possible 2 more cards gone. No? Well use Rumors.

You see ? So many possibilities, combos, etc.

Just TRY IT OUT and stop trying to diss the deck.

"Any experienced player who play this deck will know what to play and when to play it." -- @Danik13

Any experienced player would never run this deck as constructed.

You guys are brutal. The guys posted a deck to try and help everyone out and there's so much hate here. How about don't play it if you don't like it?? Or how about move on to something else if you don't like it? Why insult the guy.

I think the deck looks interesting and I might give it a shot. Thanks for the post @Danik13. Looks like something fun to try.

@BosephusKnows @Danik13I am sorry but you cannot make a post and say "This is one of the best and fastest vilain mill out there!" and then offer not guidance on why this would be the best and fastest. Take for example the inclusion of Scrap heap. There are only four cards that discard from the top of the deck. Why not include two more like Buy Out, to get even more value out of the deck.

This deck has some good ideas, but I would never claim it is the best or fastest when logic and a basic understanding of the card pool shows that that claim is exaggerated at best, or completely false at worse. When you post to a public forum you should not expect all kudos and puppy dogs, but you should expect that others will comment and critique on your ideas. This is the internet after all.

@leiashotfirst You're right, I should know that on the internet we all think about negative rather than positive first. I'm very sorry for this mistake, I am reminded of it on a daily basis.

I for one appreciate everyone's contributions on this website and the decks they choose to share. Whether it's "one of the best and fastest villain mill out there!" or not, at least he chose to share it so that we can take the frame and improve it. Offering constructive criticism is one thing, but some of the comments are just plain negative and nasty. I choose to focus on the positive. Maybe that means I shouldn't look at the comments section!

You cannot make claims about something without offering evidence to back up the claim. If this was a restaurant, you cannot say "This is one of the best restaurants out there." And not make any effort to say why this restaurant is better than others. The author basically said trust me, I don't have time to explain it but anyone who is experienced would know why it is better. And other people with experience weighed in and the author instead of having a conversation about the suggestions, just told "Just TRY IT OUT and stop trying to diss the deck."

The author is clearly misconstruing feedback, suggestions and critiques for a "diss."

If you present something with such claims as "one of the best," that hubris will always be met with skepticism, especially when the author does not back up those claims with conversation or engagement.

Dear leiashotfirst ... Get a life dude! You're acting like a drama queen here. You know what? Don't try my deck. You're WAY too good for it ... You're a Destiny GOD ... You sir know it all and I'm not worthy of all your destiny knowledge ... I'm a fraud ... Your the Light ... a mighty destiny warrior ... You eat, sleep and shit Star Wars Destiny ... 24/7 ... You wrote many strategy guides on how to play every card in the game, when to play them, when not to play them ... You're a freakin genius ... I feel SO bad that I didn't live up to your standards ... Sometimes, I even cry at night because I know deep inside, that I let you down ... Damn! I should have writen like, at least 3 pages on how to play the deck to please you master of all things but you know what? I didn't have time for it ... because I have a life outside of the Destiny realm .... a real life ... unlike yourself, you poor master ! Now, put your bag of Doritos down, disconnect yourself from your Tabletop acount where you play destiny all day, go take a shower and read this : I don't have to proove anything to you little man ... You can start by publishing one of YOUR deck to see how well you can explain it, you troll ! Then maybe your opinion will somehow mather to me because as right now, I could care less about what you think, write or put in your pants while watching pictures of your favorite Star Wars characters you nerd!
