This is one of three budget decks I came up with. Probably not going to win you a regional championship anytime soon but a cheap deck that you could have some fun with your friends playing.

Yes, this deck is designed to deal no damage at all, and just to mill. It focuses on mill, enemy dice removal, and shields.
