Can’t Break the Chain with Deck Analysis
Characters
This deck was originally created as a meme, but has become incredibly potent through extensive testing. Poe and Yoda are arguably the two most broken characters in the game, with the specials providing devastating consistency. Additionally, by utilizing the most OP removal and mitigation cards, this deck has become nearly unbeatable (not necessarily because it does enough damage to defeat your opponents, but more so because they simply can't defeat your characters before time runs out).
Poe Dameron- More than a Pilot An 11/15 cost character with a die that has three 2 sides is unbelievable. Poe's shield focus special is incredibly potent, especially with the special focus weapons.
Yoda- Wizened Master He doesn't have a blank. That's pretty much all I need to say.
Plot
Fortify: Being able to give Yoda one additional health helps to mitigate early game damage.
Upgrades
Besides the chance cube, all upgrades has a damage special, which allows the chain to be completed in one action, which frees you to mitigate and claim before your opponent.
Supports
As this deck focuses on chaining all dice in one action, that provides a substantial amount of speed, which allows you to claim and take advantage of Landing Zone and Planetary Uprising or bring honor guard or suppression field back from your discard pile.
Events
Most events require battlefield control, thus it is critical that you claim each round. Even if you take some damage by claiming early, field medic and mend are included to heal damage dealt to your characters.
Strategy
The goal of this deck isn't to win, but to deal more damage than your opponent by the end of regulation. This deck exists to be a meme, but as I said in the intro, it is incredibly potent. I recommend making salty comments to your opponent throughout the game to increase their saltiness level and potentially make them cry if you are lucky. Have I broken the meta, quite possibly.
