Why Prof Connections over second die Ciena?

@Bminny I like front-loading the extra resource. The ideal scenario is to leadership Cienna starting round 2, and then Price of Failure on the round after that, so her extra die really is only useful for 1-2 rounds anyway. At least that's the theory, testing may prove otherwise.
