Finally, a Thrawn deck that doesn't make the poor guy look like a chump! (Excepting thrawn unkar, but with unkar being errata'd IMMEDIATLY after Thrawn was released, that ship has sailed). The idea behind this deck is essentially to use Arihnda's special (Turn one of your dice, then resolve +1 if you control the battlefield) to pump out massive amount of resources as fast as possible. This deck can RELIABLY drop a planetary bombardment turn one, though I would get other supports out first. Once you have a couple good supports out, drop the hammer, using her special to bring up those nasty 7 indirect and other such painful sides. Things to look for in your opening hand are a "Lockdown" for when you absolutely need battlefield control, a "Ground Battalion" if possible, instead, and outside of that anything works. If you win the initiative roll, ALWAYS take your battlefield, as starting with control is what helps get the money train moving. As an interesting side note, you can swap your battlefield for the "Medical Center" on Kamino, and if you win the initiative roll, your opponent can never take the battlefield if you play it right, barring any Lockdowns of their own.

Feel free to swap in cards like dug in or others at your discretion, the deck is currently damage optimized, but can also be changed to control if that is desired

Your opponent can get control of Medical Center - Kaliida Shoals easily. When you claim the battlefield you can choose not to use its claim ability.

@lev you're absolutely correct, I had this pointed out to me right before I saw this actually. I've been tweaking this deck, hope to put up a better version soon. At the moment though, this deck does run well, Though I'm debating adding Scorched Earth to it as well.

I think Crush the Rebellion might be better than Scorched Earth. But if you are playing against someone who doesn't know your decklist then late game Scorched Earth has the potential to do an insane amount of damage for 2 resources.

@GandalfsHat How do you feel about The Best Defense...? I was trying not to include it in the deck because still taking 3 doesn't feel like I did much. I feel that this deck is less powerful than thrawn/snoke and the main reason is that blue has way better removal cards.

@5P33D I use the best defense simply because of the sheer number of large dice ive faced in my local meta, rather than many small dice. This card is interchangeable if it doesn't fit into your playstyle, and the main reason I like this deck better than thrawn snoke is because with pryce, I can turn and resolve dice. With snoke, if I don't have a 2 resource already rolled, then it requires minimum two action to get where I need, while Pryce is one. That said, I LOVE snoke, I'm currently working on a Snoke/Jabba Crime Lord Deck/ Mill deck that I'm seeing success with. As for Crush the Rebellion, it does fit quite well, and I have tested both, I've found that schorched earth tends to hit for more damage than CTR, though the control of CTR is great

@Zombanelikely because the E-Web does 4 damage with Pryce if she claims or has the battlefield.
