After testing this over 10 times I had to make a fair few chamges and it works, much better.
upgrades go on ezra for the draw 3.
without cheat, rebel and ezra you can draw 18 cards. Drawing the deck first round shouldnt be a problem.
with the deck design you shouldnt have any issues with resources having long con, truce.
If you like drawing cards and doing huge damage first round, then tgis is for you.
