This deck is made out of pure fun and love for the movies and game! I am working on building decks both villain and hero decks that capture the theme and artwork of each of the Star Wars Movies. I wouldn't use this deck in any tournament besides maybe a tournament that involves other decks of this caliber.
Anyway! Every card in this deck was selected because of its artwork. The artwork reflects scenes from The Phantom Menace. That is pretty much it!
Its honestly a great deck for generating resources but unfortunately, you don't have a lot to do with those resource. The most "success" I had was against a Finn - First Order Defector/Yoda - Wizened Master all promos deck, now I success in this case is graded on the amount of damage I was able to produce. The trick is to get at least one Podracerracer and a N-1 Starfighter out as quickly as possible. Also, using Anakin Skywalker - Podracing Prodigy's ability along with R2-D2 is a nice combo!
I mean I'm not going to sugar coat it, you aren't going to win with this deck! But this a great choose for a basic fun super casual tournament!
