Mulligan plan:
vs 2 wide: mull aggressively for crime lord. snoke resources early to ramp up to mitgate and put out the hit.
vs 3 wide vehicles: mull for blackmail and fast hands or force speed. snoke discards and use disrupts early.
vs 3 wide not vehicles: mull for blackmail and snoke resources early. be happy with a crime lord if you get it but don't use the special unless it takes 4 drive off the table.
general plan:

take opp battlefield unless you can't get any benefit from it.

always map your turn out around how you plan to mitigate. don't be afraid to play upgrades late round on exhausted characters.
- don't crime lord special unless against 2 wide or it's used on a character with 4 dice or at least 3 heavy damage dice.
