Jank It Up, Fuzzball 1
Here's the second deck from my Jank it Up, Fuzzball podcast, which looks at the jankier side of the game. Not meant to be competitive in the traditional sense, but instead trying to use underplayed characters or cards.
For this one, I wanted to run a hero melee deck anchored by Ezra Bridger - Aspiring Jedi and Wookiee Warrior. My original plan was to use Rivals set Anakin Skywalker - Conflicted Apprentice, but the Jedi Sentinel is just a better Hero card to fill that slot. At a recent game night, this build went 0-2 against Luke2/Poe2 before going 2-1 against Anakin/Kylo2. I think I need to take out one Luke's Training and probably Loth-Wolf Bond in exchange for another upgrade or more mitigation, but overall it was super fun to play!
Note: I build these decks using cards I already have or can get cheaply. I know there are some blue staples of competitive play that aren't represented here, and that's because I don't own those cards and don't want to fork over the money for them.
