Jar Jar Binks - Clumsy Outcast gives your opponent an opportunity to screw up, as those blanks Boss Nass - Bombastic Ruler wants can get turned into something better while their dice get scrambled. Meanwhile Gungan Offensive (they certainly are) and Locked and Loaded can make your Runaway Boomas and Gungan Catapult more reliable.
