I've always wanted at least a semi-viable and thematic Palpatine - Darth Sidious deck, and with Super Battle Droid, Retribution, and Comm Tower, you can crank out serious damage consistently with surge cards like Imperial Might, Bloodlust, Direct Hit, and New Orders (a convenient way to get your battlefield back and surge a die).
Cards like Stifle, Retribution, Probe, and Resilient are so you stay away from my dice REEEEEEE.
The other cards are mitigation. Probably the weakest aspect of this deck. This is an aggro/burst deck through and through.
