I put this deck together earlier this week, I'm currently on the second version of the deck. Still in early-ish development. I have had good success with this so far. I like it because when one character dies the other can finish for you.

To give you some background, I lost probably 75% of my games in the two weeks before I built this deck. I like to play a little slower but in this meta slow doesn't do well, so I've had to "re-teach" myself to play. The turn 1 potential of this deck is so high, which is what drew me to it. You can burst out a good 10 dmg turn 1 with a lot of it being direct damage.

Now, onto some of my card choices, I'll start with the characters.

FN-2199 - Loyal Trooper has a great ability, he gives every weapon you play extra value. He gives you a "speedlike" feel with the way he can immediately resolve the die after its rolled into the pool. I've been trying to find him the right partner for a while now, and Tobias Beckett - Thief For Hire fits very nicely. Beckett makes the money, does some damage and fuels FN's weapon lust. I can typically get a 2 cost and a 3 cost on FN on turn 1 if I roll a special or have a Truce. One game I had a crazy start and got both Darksaber and Handheld L-S1 Cannon out on turn 1.

Black Sun Blaster Pistol has two 3 damage sides and a 2 damage side, none of them are pay sides. Has a side and only 1 blank. Solid.

Handheld L-S1 Cannon is very good here, especially because the downside is negligible because you'll overwrite it with a redeploy weapon at some point. Solid.

Darksaber it has NO blanks. FN can resolve it no matter what. The only side you may not want is the 3 focus and sometimes the 2 shield. Both characters are 15 cost as well. Has Redeploy as well. Very, very good here.

Tobias Beckett's Rifle has three damage sides. Overwrite or play on Beckett later in the game.

Z6 Riot Control Baton is good with FN as it always has been. Just solid. Redeploy too

LL-30 Blaster Pistol is the weakest upgrade, its in here for the Redeploy and the 2 cost with no pay sides. You can overwrite, roll it in-resolve it- and then take another action to resolve any dice you have in the pool before FN dies. This could be replaced with something else, not sure what though.

Cunning Ruse is soft mitigation that could do you some damage. Here for Darth Vader - Terror To Behold and Qi'Ra - Street Savvy for the most part.
