I'd suggest Theed Royal Palace - Naboo because of obvious reasons. Also, why so many upgrades?

@DarthVaderRocks, all of the upgrades apart from Lead by Example are either weapons or equipment, so can be used as fuel for Lotho Minor Junkers' special to generate resources. I'm curious why Canto Bight Pistol is missing, because Redeploy is very useful with your squishy Jawas!
