Talzin isn't here so much as for her ability. It just so happens that I thought it worked well. The trick is to get forbidden lore or It Binds All Things out early. Once you do, use them as much as possible to get as many upgrades on Palpatine as possible. The deck has 10 abilities and 2 weapons, so don't worry about limits.
