Johahr, downgrades go on opponents characters not you own. I would definitely add lore hunter and easy pickings like elecash mentioned, as well as second chance. |

Refusal still isn't that great in a mill deck though. |
You don't have a scavenger for Wretched Hive. Also, Jedi Council seems worst than Lore Hunter.
I definitely see too many discard cards, maybe you should consider to add some good removal like Easy Pickings and Flee the Scene.
