Took this to 3rd place in a 22 person tournament. Lost to a Nightsister near-mirror match. Quickly deals a lot of burst damage but would be better if I owned a Thermal Detonator.
Bala tends to go down quickly, throwing redeploy weapons all around helps keep your investments safe. Save the Squad Tactics for when you have at least 2 (total) upgrades on the troopers and you can usually burst 4-8 damage pretty easily.
Endless Ranks is too expensive to have more than one but you usually can pull it off late in the game.
Replacements: Commanding Presence should be Thermal Detonator.
