First attempt at SoR villain mill/control deck. I plan on making many changes as I figure out all the things wrong with my initial concept. Any and all suggestions welcome as I am very new to theory crafting ;)
I was trying not to build with Sith Holocron, but I ended up dropping the Loose Ends route and going for it. I certainly want to play a few games with this build to see how I like the changes.
