This deck's main goal is to special chain Yoda - Wizened Master with Separatist Landing Craft to add some Battle Droids to your team. One of the problems with this deck is it's reliance on the battlefield. Ideally, it uses Docking Bay - Finalizer to keep recycling Separatist Landing Craft every turn.

I am also testing Roguish Charm, to see if it is a worthwhile source of repeatable die removal. IT seems that it pairs nicely with Yoda - Wizened Master.

JBowser: while you can have Separatist Landing Craft in the Finn deck, can you legally play the Battle Droid since it's Villain and you can't have Villain cards in a Hero deck?

JBowser 57

Yep, it's legal.

However, Separatist Landing Craft states to discard from play, so you can't Docking Bay - Finalizer chain it back into play continously.

JBowser 57

@Enderikari Sure you can. When you discard Separatist Landing Craft from play, it goes to the discard pile. Then, if you claim Docking Bay - Finalizer, it lets you play a support from your discard pile, decreasing its cost by 1.

Who knows, it might get an errata down the line like Hyperspace Jump did, but I doubt this will happen unless some future card makes the Separatist Landing Craft truly broken.

So how has Roguish Charm charm worked out?

JBowser 57

@RazelllI must admit that so far in testing, Roguish Charm has been very good at hiding somewhere in the bottom part of my deck. I have drawn it once so far in testing, and didn't get the chance to play it.

@Razelll I've been testing with my own version of this deck and I found Roguish Charm to be ineffective as other than the specials the die is worthless. However, the real main issue is the yellow character only restriction which means you have to play it on finn and it takes two actions to roll both fin and yoda in to get that "guaranteed special" from it. But by then your opponents resolved the damage your were hoping to remove with it. I'm now testing Rey' s staff in it's place atm since it has the same special essentially as well as 3 dmg sides one be a 3/1 for the same cost which can be played on yoda.
